NAVIGATING LIFE TRANSITIONS MINDFULLY
Starting or ending a job, a relationship, having a child, financial gain or loss, buying or selling and moving home, health issues, loss and death are all life transitions most of us need to navigate at some time or other in our life. Jane Grafton, Mindfulness Trainer with Potential Project UK, www.potentialproject.com will give a talk and facilitate a discussion on how mindfulness changes the way we navigate life transitions and approach the significant decisions that shape our lives.

This group includes a diverse group of interdisciplinary professionals who provide a range of services to help individuals enjoy healthier, happier, more peaceful lives and help organizations improve productivity, collaboration, and morale. We share a passion for increasing mind fitness, effectiveness, and well being in the context of busy work lives through training the mind to be more focused, relaxed, and aware.
There is no fee to attend the meetings in the spirit of sharing mindfulness and supporting one another.
