The root of all coaching issues, it seems to me, stems from how we manage our mind. My offering is Mindfulness Coaching for both personal and professional life. Clients who most value this style of coaching tend to be in transition and breaking through to a new way of being and knowing themselves. The value comes from coaching questions that pin point the nub of the issue and offers a wide variety of mindfulness practices. I also use HeartMath biofeedback as part of the coaching.
A Mindfulness Coaching journey can be tailored to suit individual needs, typically 6 x 60 minute sessions. The rate is agreed after an initial conversation on Zoom or face to face if circumstances permit. In that call we can explore if the chemistry is right and whether mindfulness coaching suits what you want. My preference is to do this precious work together rather than get too stuck on affordability.
